This summer will mark the release of a feature-length CGI-animated take on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with a talented voice cast having now been revealed.
Weāve known since last summer that a fresh reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is on the way: Seth Rogen is heavily involved, producing the film, whilst Jeff Rowe, who directed the excellent The Mitchells Vs The Machines is helming the movie, working from a screenplay by Bad Neighbours scribe Brendan O’Brien.
The new movie will be a CG animated feature, with Paramount is set to release it on August 4th 2023. Now, the voice cast has been revealed and thereās some fun appearances in there to add an extra layer of anticipation for the legions of Ninja Turtles fans out there.
Micah Abbey (Donatello), Shamon Brown Jr. (Michelangelo), Nicolas Cantu (Leonardo) and Brady Noon (Raphael) will voice the heroic quartet in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. None other than Jackie Chan will voice their wise rat teacher, Splinter. Rogen himself will pop up as the villainous Bebop, while John Cena will voice Bebop’s pal Rocksteady.
Thereās more too: āHannibal Buress as Genghis Frog, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Ice Cube as Superfly, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko and Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom.ā

The film picks up as the Turtle brothers seek to win the hearts of New Yorkers by performing heroic acts they hope will get them accepted as normal teenagers. When they take on a mysterious crime syndicate with the help of new friend April O’Neil, they find themselves over their heads when a mutant army is unleashed.
