If you always suspected that Arnold Schwarzenegger cuts his sandwiches with a broadsword, then behold your ultimate validation.
Action legend Arnold Schwarzenegger has his first foray into television launching soon in partnership with Netflix. The show is titled FUBAR but Schwarzenegger has cut a promo not just detailing his show, but Netflix’s entire upcoming slate of action movies (and shows).
Alongside a few silly skits of Arnold working at Netflix as the new CAO (Chief Action Officer), you get a quick glimpse of a few upcoming action projects including Gal Gadot’s Heart of Stone and 2024’s Lift, a mid-air action flick starring Kevin Hart.
The whole promo is quite fun and is hands down better than the awful trailer the company ran last year which was unintentionally hilarious and horribly cheesy. This one is still cheesy, but we like it anyway. More than anything, we think we want to see a whole Netflix mockumentary series in the style of The Office where Arnold ‘works’ at the streaming company. He’d soon get to the bottom of whether the company has the rights to King Conan or not, probably by hanging somebody out of their top floor corner office window.
