Here are details of the previous releases, from our earlier news postsā¦.
Now this looks like a physical media treat. Powerhouse Films has gathered together two boxes of six films that have never had a Blu-ray release in the UK before, for a special boxset of noir movies.
Entitled Columbia Noir #1, the set brings together
Escape In The Fog (1945),
The Undercover Man (1949),
Drive A Crooked Road (1954),
5 Against The House (1955),
The Garment Jungle (1957) and
The Lineup (1958). Two of these have never been available on Blu-ray anywhere on the planet, too.
They’ll be presented in a limited edition boxset, that as well as the films themselves includes a 120 page book. The production run is limited to 6000 units, and each of the Blu-rays comes with a bunch of special features too. It really looks like a flat-out treat for classic film lovers.
Itās on sale from November 30th, and you can find more information ā and preorder ā
by following this link.

And we also now have details of Columbia Noir #2 as well.
