The first trailer has arrived for
After Yang, the new film from
Columbus director, Kogonada. The science fiction drama got its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival and is based upon the short story by Alexander Weinstein, titled
Saying Goodbye To Yang.
Staged as a near-future drama in a world where you can buy robotic family helpers, āa family reckons with questions of love, connection, and loss after their A.I. helper unexpectedly breaks down.ā Colin Farrell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Justin H. Min, and Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja star.
After Yang opens in cinemas in the US on March 4th, although thereās no scheduled release date for the UK just yet. In the meantime, you can catch the trailer below.
