Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is coming together, as Jeff Loveness is confirmed as the writer.
It was only a few months ago it was
confirmed that Destin Daniel Cretton will be at the helm of
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. Now, we also have a writer.
Jeff Loveness will pen the film. Loveness was previously a prolific comedy writer, penning episodes of
Rick and Morty, writing on
Jimmy Kimmel Live! and
Miracle Workers. He is also responsible for the script to the upcoming
Ant Man And The Wasp: Quantumania.
The film will serve as the finale to Phase Six of the MCU, completing the story arc of The Multiverse Saga.
Currently, no plot or cast details have been revealed, though looking at the upcoming slate, which over the next two years includes
Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels, Blade, Captain America: New World Order and Thunderbolts, it is clear that The Kang Dynasty is going to be a different beast to Endgame.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is set to be released on the 2nd May 2025, with the follow up,
Avengers: Secret Wars, arriving just six months later on the 7th November 2025.
