The Shows Must Go On: spoof musical playing this weekend

Ruthless! The Musical is streaming for free this weekend, and it looks rather good fun too – more details right here. The Shows Must Go On, if you’ve not had the pleasure thus far, is a YouTube channel trying to plug the gap left behind by the closure of theatres for most of 2020. Each weekend – and oftentimes during the week too – there’s a full production of a musical or concert available to watch. Entirely free of charge as well. This weekend’s looks a lot of fun. It’s showcasing the musical Ruthless!, The production stars Jason Gardiner and Kim Maresca, and it’s a spoof of a whole lot of classic musical productions. The show will go live on the YouTube channel from 7pm on Friday evening, and then it’ll be available to watch over the weekend. That said, it’s only available for 48 hours, so if you want to watch this one, you’ll need to have done so by Sunday afternoon.
