A newly-recut trailer has arrived to promote Zack Snyder’s upcoming Justice League – here’s a full proper glimpse at The Snyder Cut.
A recut trailer has arrived to promote Zack Snyder’s forthcoming cut of
Justice League on the HBO Max streaming platform. An earlier trailer did land in the summer, premiering at DC’s online FanDome event, but was pulled due to a copyright challenge with the music, Leonard Cohen’s
Hallelujah.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you most likely know the tale behind this movie’s production is quite the film story already, with its release as a four-part series expected to arrive sometime in 2021.
The recut trailer contains snippets of new footage and also comes in two flavours: colour or black and white.
If you read our
report yesterday on Snyder’s original musing to split his four hours of footage across two films, you’ll remember that he referenced a black and white IMAX cut being his favourite version of the film. With a black and white trailer releasing alongside the colour version, perhaps HBO Max is considering releasing it on their platform in both versions.
You can view either trailer below, or if you want to build up your tolerance for a four-hour, non-stop
Justice League marathon, why not watch both?
