The DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of X-Men movie The New Mutants is set for next month in America – more details here.
It took, it’d be fair to say, rather a long time for the X-Men movie The New Mutants to finally make its way to the big screen. Sadly, when it did so, its impact was heavily muted. And with it, the original Fox-backed collection of X-Men films finally came to an end, 20 years after they’d begun and sparked a fresh revolution in comic book movies.
The film should get a second life at least on its home formats release. And whilst we’re not sure yet when it lands in the UK, it’s set to get its DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release in the US on November 17th. Expect the on demand release to be a week before that would be our guess.
As for the UK release, there’s a long period of exclusivity in cinemas still required over here, and that means we may have to wait until December to see it here. But it’s available for preorder and you can find more details here.
