Four films from the Merchant Ivory archive are heading to Blu-ray in October in a special boxset – more details right here.
The release schedules where DVD and Blu-ray are concerned this end of year are leaning heavily on catalogue titles. And Curzon Artificial Eye is one of those that has a treat in store, with a special boxset of Merchant Ivory movies.
It’s bringing together Quartet, Howards End, The Bostonians and The Europeans in one set that goes on sale in October. There are movies new to the Blu-ray format here, and whilst we don’t have details on extra features as of yet, there’s much to enjoy, particularly for fans of British period dramas.
The release date is marked for October 19th, with an asking price around the £55 mark. You can get a few more details and order the set here.
